Sjoege is one of my internship projects. These motion graphics are versions of the brand identity for the journalists Maike Olij and Jekke Mink. They had in mind to do workshops related to journalism and they needed name and identity: Sjoege ( Slang for knowledge in Dutch). My internship supervisor Nouch and I provided them with three directions for visual identity and later 3 directions for logo alongside with some motion graphics.

The magazine and the short films bring attention to the decline of local shops in Sofia, Bulgaria. In the magazine, 5 narratives are shared through semi-constructed interviews and photography. By using price tags as a main design element of the identity and object that recognise within this context, my goal is to spread awareness and support our local stores.
